Lee Harrison | CEO and Founder

Lee has held various senior HR roles since 1988. He holds an honours degree in personnel management from the University of Central Lancashire, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Lee was appointed Employment Tribunal member for 7 years. Lee’s sphere of expertise encompasses Strategic HR, day-day HR management and Employment Law.

Tom Nicol | Principal Consultant

Educated at Liverpool University, Tom has over 25 years experience having held senior HR and Training positions in the public and private sector both in the UK and internationally.

Tom’s particular focus is on dispute resolution, change and performance management, in addition to an extensive background in organisational development, and health & safety.

Kevin Golder | Senior Consultant

Kevin specialises in executive development, compensation & benefits research and international HR policy development and management. He has held a number of specialised HR roles in London including the management and development of the global expatriate programme for HSBC Holdings and its subsidiaries.

Kevin holds an MA in HR management and has CIPD Licentiate membership.

Nicole Rose | Employment Law Consultant

Nicole qualified as a lawyer at CMS Cameron McKenna in 2000. She worked with Aon Limited for 5 years advising on global employment, regulatory and financial crime related issues in the Isle of Man, Dublin, Bermuda, the UK and the US. Her approach is commercial and she has in-depth experience advising on transformation across legal and HR functions within large organisations, with significant experience in pension changes, mass redundancies, team moves, senior terminations, employee relations and revenue protection as well as drafting and implementing policies and employment documentation.
