Lee Harrison - Managing Director

Educated in the Isle of Man and the University of Central Lancashire, Lee has held various senior HR roles since 1988, is an individually chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds an Honours Diploma in Personnel Management. He is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and sits on the Isle of Man Employment Tribunal, the Isle of Man Work Permits Appeals Tribunal and the Isle of Man Government Civil Service Appeals Tribunal.

Tom Nicol - Principal Consultant

Educated Liverpool University, Tom has over 25 years experience in Human Resources Management, having held senior positions in the public and private sector both in the UK and overseas. Tom is an Associate of the Institute of Training and Development and holds the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety certificate in ‘Managing Safety’.
