He holds an honours degree in personnel management from the University of Central Lancashire, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Directors. Lee has been an appointed Employment Tribunal member since 2002. Lee’s sphere of expertise encompasses Strategic HR, day-day HR management and Employment Law.

Educated at Liverpool University, Tom has over 25 years experience having held senior HR and Training positions in the public and private sector both in the UK and internationally. Tom’s particular focus is on dispute resolution, change and performance management, in addition to an extensive background in organisational development, and health & safety.

Kevin specialises in executive development, compensation & benefits research and international HR policy development and management. He has held a number of specialised HR roles in London including the management and development of the global expatriate programme for HSBC Holdings and its subsidiaries. Kevin holds an MA in HR management and has CIPD Licentiate membership.
